Project Definition, Feasibility, and Constraints Analyses
Panorama routinely assists project proponents early in the project design phase to identify environmental constraints, fatal flaws, and major cost or schedule drivers, and ensure environmental considerations are incorporated into project design We conduct preliminary environmental evaluations to screen large areas for facility siting and routing and perform preliminary site assessments that identify constraints and potential alternatives.
Panorama has provided environmental constraints and feasibility analyses for numerous projects throughout the western United States and abroad including solar and battery storage projects and associated generation tie-lines, geothermal power and mineral extraction facilities, water pipelines and facilities, road and bridge construction projects, electric transmission lines and substations, and mixed-use land development projects.
