Our staff has extensive experience in developing and managing environmental compliance programs and projects, ensuring resource protection, and inspecting construction sites and facilities for compliance with a variety of environmental laws and requirements. Our project managers, compliance managers, and field staff have a firm grasp of the nuances of environmental laws and the ability to successfully interpret the regulations for appropriate compliance during construction. Our services include developing construction compliance mitigation monitoring plans, preconstruction plans and assistance with the notice to proceed process; conducting project audits, and providing environmental compliance management, inspection, monitoring, and reporting to ensure compliance with mitigation measures and regulatory permit conditions and authorizations. To facilitate real-time data collection in the field, we also design customized reporting and data management systems to facilitate collaboration and communications, streamline compliance reporting, and the transparently document the issue resolution process. 

We are currently providing compliance support services for the California Public Utilities Commission, San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, Santa Clara Valley Water District, and East Bay Municipal Utility District, among various private solar and renewable energy developers.
